I’ve been reading up on how a lack of certain nutrients can lead to paleness and extreme fatigue, and I found that this is especially true for vitamin B-12, also known as folate deficiency. It appears that if someone doesn’t have enough vitamin B-12, they might start to look very pale and feel unusually tired. This kind of deficeincy usually stems from problems in the gastrointestinal tract where it’s unable to properly absorb the vitamin. This issue really caught my attention because it highlights how crucial proper nutrition is to our overall well-being.
