Something I keep seeing on here is guys saying their ED is just about blood flow, and that if you improve circulation, everything will be fine. But I’m not convinced it’s as simple as “increase blood supply, get better erections.” Tons of people talk about penis pumps, l-arginine, or cardio to boost blood flow, but then say their ED isn’t really improving.
Aren’t there more factors? Like, even with “perfect” blood flow, nerves have to function, hormones have to be right, and the brain’s got to be on board too. Anyone else skeptical that all this “get more blood to your penis” talk is overhyped? Or has anyone actually fixed their ED by focusing just on blood flow and nothing else (no lifestyle, no psychological, no hormonal changes)? I’d be interested to hear real experiences beyond the common advice we keep repeating.
