Okay, so apparently my body missed the memo about turning on “performance mode,” and now I’m resorting to a deep-dive of late night Googling for natural PED5 (PDE5? PDQ? ABBA?) inhibitors because, you know, Big Pharma already got enough of my money.
Anyone tried these so-called natural “miracle” hacks? Like, if I eat enough watermelons, pomegranates, and shovel down some ginseng, am I gonna break my couch, or just my dignity? Beet juice? Pine bark? Or am I just going to spend a fortune at the health food store and end up with really expensive urine?
Would love to hear the success stories (or hilarious fails). Has anyone gone from “meh” to “magic wand” with nature’s help, or is this all just marketing hype for expensive berries and roots?
