Couldn’t have put it better-the “leaky tire” analogy nails it. Honestly, if it’s truly a venous leak, DIY methods like kegels or lifestyle tweaks rarely move the needle. Pills like Viagra or Cialis? They help some, but if the leak’s bad enough, those can become bandaids on a sinking ship.
A couple of guys in other threads reported partial results from VEDs (vacuum pumps) and constriction rings-basically mechanical support since the plumbing isn’t cooperating. But even those have their limits and aren’t exactly spontaneous or comfortable.
If you haven’t had a proper diagnosis with a specialist (think Doppler ultrasound), it’s worth it even if the idea sucks. Sometimes what looks like a venous leak is actually something else. But if it’s confirmed, the options get more “medical”-like injections, implants, or (rarely) surgical fixes. Not what anyone wants to hear, but I haven’t seen any real miracle hacks out there yet. Would love to be proven wrong though!
